Data deletion

Delete an account, its private creative records, and its connected-app credentials.

Self-service deletion

  1. 1Sign in to the TrueCut web app.
  2. 2Open /account/delete.
  3. 3Type DELETE exactly and enter the current password when the account has one.
  4. 4Confirm the permanent deletion. The server removes jobs, asset records, characters, moodboards, projects, credits, sessions, and OAuth credentials in one transaction.

Deletion scope

Database records controlled by TrueCut are removed immediately when the transaction succeeds. Storage-provider backups, legally required billing or security records, and copies already exported by the user may follow separate retention periods that must be finalized in the production privacy policy.
