Using TrueCut
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the studio, MCP app, CLI, and skills lawfully. You are responsible for actions authorized through your connected clients, including generation requests that spend credits.
Content and permissions
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You represent that you have the permissions needed to upload, transform, train on, and publish that content. Do not use TrueCut to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
Identity and voice
You may train or reuse a real person’s appearance or voice only with appropriate authorization. Do not use generated media to deceive, impersonate, defraud, harass, or misrepresent endorsement. Label synthetic media where law, policy, or context requires it.
Credits and generation
Read-only catalog and estimate operations do not spend credits. Accepted generation, training, and assembly jobs reserve or debit credits according to the displayed estimate and account plan. Actual outputs are probabilistic and may fail, contain defects, or require manual review. Current plan, purchase, tax, expiry, and refund information is presented in the applicable account and checkout flow.
Output review
You are responsible for reviewing generated media before use. TrueCut does not guarantee factual accuracy, correct text, legal clearance, marketplace compliance, aesthetic performance, conversion, engagement, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.
Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass safety or rate controls, probe another account, distribute malware, interfere with the service, automate abusive load, or use the service for unlawful sexual, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
Availability and termination
Models and providers may change or become unavailable. TrueCut may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account through the available account controls.
